Before booking this Hidden Springs Ranch Quiltworx Retreats, please read our cancellation policy carefully!
Your $300 deposit is due at signup to secure your registration and is non-refundable. A second $300, non-refundable deposit, is due 6 months prior to the start date for your event, (this options is for layaways only. ALL non-refundable deposits will follow this rule even when payment is paid in full). The final payment, which must cover your remaining balance, is due 90 days in advance of the event you are attending.
Cancellations made 90 days or more prior to the retreat forfeit all deposits. Any cancellations made within 90 days of the retreat will forfeit all paid fees, unless other arrangements are personally made with Quiltworx Retreat staff. We understand that sometimes illness and tragedy occur last minute and may make it impossible for you to attend our retreat. We understand that there are circumstances beyond your control, but it also leaves us with a spot that we are unable to fill. You may transfer your reservation to another person if you are unable to attend. If you are able to fill your spot, half of your total amount paid will be refunded.

Our retreat offers the following:

Fantastic quilt shop just a few miles away. Where you can purchase additional fabrics, notions, and of course Quiltworx kits and supplies.
Quiltworx fabric kits and patterns will be available for purchase on site.

Full list of what you will want to bring as well as what our retreat will be providing will be emailed to you approx. one month before retreat starts.
There is a non-refundable deposit is required at time of sign up. Layaway plans are available upon request. You will need to contact the shop for this option. If you are not able to come to the event after signing up. It is up to you to find someone to purchase your spot.
